Wear Norrviken’s Wedding Dress
Now you have the opportunity to rent our stunning upcycled wedding dress, created by one of Sweden’s leading fashion designers, Frida Jonsvens. A creation born from love, imagination, and a deep respect for the beauty that already exists.
From what was, to what will be
“You’re part of the past, and now you’re the future." These words are the foundation of Norrviken’s wedding dress – a one-of-a-kind design by fashion visionary Frida Jonsvens. The dress is made entirely from repurposed materials: curtains, tablecloths, jewellery pieces, and crystals from antique chandeliers – each with a story of its own, now taking on new meaning.
With creativity, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of sustainability, Frida has woven together past and future in a garment that captures the very soul of Norrviken. This dress isn’t just something you wear – it’s something you become a part of.

Meet the creators

Frida Jonsvens
Fashion designer Frida Jonsvens is one of the most talked-about names in Swedish design, known for her bold and expressive style. Inspired by the power and colours of nature, she works with daring shades, exciting textures, and striking prints.
Dramatic silhouettes and voluminous skirts are her signature – the exact opposite of Scandinavian minimalism.
“Less is not more,” says Frida.
Sustainability is close to her heart. She gives new life to old fabrics and vintage materials, creating dresses worn by royals, celebrities, and Nobel guests. She was also the costume designer behind the beloved film Catwalk by Glada Hudik-teatern.

Anna Starrén
Anna Starrén is a floral artist and imaginative creator who works with blooming paper installations. With a rare combination of craftsmanship and poetry, Anna transforms spaces into magical dreamscapes where flowers and creativity meet in harmony.
“I want to bring joy and charm,” says Anna. “Flowers make us happy, and nature opens up our senses. It gives us the space to play, dream, and create new stories.”
