A Christmas Buffet Rooted in the Flavours of Skåne
Enjoy classic Christmas dishes prepared with ingredients from the Bjäre Peninsula, infused with flavours inspired by the character and season of our period gardens. Our Christmas buffet features a generous spread of herring, Christmas ham, varieties of cabbage, warm traditional dishes, homemade bread, confections, and our very own mulled wine – spiced and warmed right here in the Orangeriet.
The menu is crafted in close collaboration with local producers such as Lindegrens and Heberleins, carrying the taste of both tradition and place. A Christmas buffet shaped by the soul of Norrviken’s landscape – crafted with care, served with warmth, and made from the heart.

The event Christmas Dreams
During the weekends of 6–8 and 13–15 December, the park is filled with light, fire shows, elf hunts, and Christmas magic. When you book a Christmas buffet (julbord) during Juldrömmar, admission is included in the price.
