A Traditional Swedish Christmas Buffet with Local Flavours

Enjoy a traditional Swedish Christmas buffet featuring locally sourced ingredients from the Bjäre Peninsula, with flavours inspired by Norrviken’s themed gardens. The buffet includes classics such as pickled herring, cured salmon, Christmas ham, seasonal cabbage dishes and warm favourites, alongside freshly baked bread, homemade sweets and our own mulled wine, gently spiced and served warm.

The menu has been created in close collaboration with local producers, including Lindegrens and Heberleins, celebrating the rich culinary traditions and seasonal produce of Skåne.

Throughout the evening, live piano music sets the mood. Traditional Christmas melodies and timeless favourites create a warm and inviting atmosphere – the perfect setting to relax, enjoy good conversation and celebrate the season together.

Our half-day and full-day conference packages include everything you need – a meeting room, refreshments, lunch and a Christmas buffet served in Orangeriet Restaurant.
